2nd spot MI - Mumbai Indians taking on 3rd spot RR - Rajasthan Royals today 15th May 2013 in Wankhede Stadium Mumbai. This match will decide 50% of the top 3 spots in the points table.

Top 3 finishers will directly qualify for the upcoming Champions League Twenty20 .

There are 4 teams fighting for the 4th spot as follows:

RCB - Royal Challengers Bangalore win the remaining 1 match against CSK - Chennai Super Kings with good run rate and Sunrisers Hyderabad has to loose its two upcoming matches against Rajasthan Royals on 17th May 2013 and Kolkata Knight Riders on 21st May 2013 at Rajiv Gandhi Cricket Stadium in Hyderabad.

Sunrisers Hyderabad - win the remaining two matches with good run rate or win one match with very good run rate and expect RCB to lose its last match against CSK on 18th May 2013.

Kolkata Knight Riders and Kings XI Punjab has to win all the remaining matches to compete with Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal challengers Bangalore for the 4th spot to qualify for playoffs.
